Something about me: peanut butter is my vice. I will never turn down peanut butter. I don’t buy it anymore, but it still finds its way into my life. Anyway, I have developed quite the collection of peanut butter jars over the years. I use them now for food storage, drinking glasses, paint brush holders.. lots of things! The newest additions are currently holding beautiful dried fruit. I had a successful time with the new dehydrator. The mangos and the blueberries are my favorite!
Post run nutrition today came in the form of carrot sticks! These are one of my all-time favorite snacks. They are super easy to make and a great switch up from sweet potato fries.
- Slice a few carrots into wedge shapes.
- Toss with a tablespoon or two of coconut oil. Season with cinnamon and cumin.
- Spread out the carrot sticks on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 400 degrees until done.
