The Love of God

A very dear man told me the other day that the crosses we bear matter not. Rather, the action and choice to work with our situations matter most. This same man convinced me that the love coming from my heart is what I am truly loved for. It is the love of a woman that means most. Not her mistakes or flaws. Seeing life through this filter of a God led heart us what gives so much love and beauty to celebrate. It is the unseen that people see most. Funny how that works.

Personally, this means that when frustration in my body overtakes I must realize that it is not the heart of the matter. We hold our bodies to the highest of standards and are constantly frustrated with the illness, imbalance, tired, or broken aspects of our structures. What we often neglect is all of the good. All of the achievement and positive functions our bodies gift us everyday. Let us be thankful for those in our lives to remind us so.

Cheers to you today, your beautiful soul, and all the good that you have been able to do today. God Bless.
